Dale L. Dutton, 65, of Mill Hall passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2019 surrounded by his family at his home.
Born August 14, 1953 in Jersey Shore, he was the son of the late Clair and Helen Westbrook Dutton.
Dale graduated from Jersey Shore High School in 1971.
On September 22, 1984 he married his love, the former Darla Sheats, with whom he celebrated 35 years of marriage.
He was employed as an industrial mechanic at Hammermill Paper Co., Cerro Metal Products and finally Eastern Wood Products until his retirement.
In his early years, he was a motorcycle enthusiast who was recognized for his racing accomplishments as well as his mechanical skills.
Dale loved all aspects of his classic cars, including working on them.
He also enjoyed home-projects and gardening.
In addition to his wife, Darla Dutton of Mill Hall, he is survived by his sister, Diane (Paul) Duncan of Mill Hall; his nephew, John (Annette) Damien and their son, Owen, of California; his niece, Tina (Steve) Esposito and their sons, Tyler and Cameron, of Florida.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 17, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington with Pastor Richard Conklin officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Mill Hall.
Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
