Dianna J. Evers, 75, of Mountainview Dr., Lock Haven, passed away Monday, June 3, 2019 at Williamsport Hospital.
She was born on August 31, 1943 in Woolrich, the daughter of the late Harold Young and Mildred Conser.
In May of 1960 Dianna married her love, David W. Evers, Sr., who preceded her in death on October 15, 2016.
Dianna worked at Brickley’s Ice Cream and Lock Haven Laundry before beginning her career in banking where she was employed at the State Bank of Avis, Northern Central Bank, Keystone Financial and M&T Bank. She then went to work for Community Service Group until her retirement.
Dianna enjoyed crocheting and sharing her creations with others. Most of all, she adored the time she spent with her family.
She is survived by four sons, David (Irene), Jr., William, Paul (Lori) and Chris (Billie) Evers; a brother, Harold “Skip” Young; seven grandchildren, Stephanie, Jenna, Dalton, Sabrina, Teah, Dylan and Davy; a great grandson, Jaxson; a niece and two nephews; and her beloved pets.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two step-fathers, Bill Zimmerman and James Danley; and two infant brothers.
A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, June 9, 2019 at 1 P.M. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745 with Pastor Larry Race officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Mill Hall.
Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Saturday from 4 to 6 P.M.
