Joyce A. Williams, 68, of Mill Hall passed away Monday, January 28, 2019 at Lock Haven Hospital.
Born May 29, 1950 in Williamsport, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Leona Harvey Lovell.
Joyce enjoyed playing BINGO and going to yard sales.
She loved her four-legged friends and always made sure they were cared for.
Joyce was known for her smile as well as her bubbly personality.
Surviving are her eight children: Tanya Lovell, Larry (Brenda) Mosier, Jr., Jerry (Peggy) Mosier, Lisa (Bob) Mosier, Valerie (John) Klaips, Wendy (Daniel) Cowder, Leslie (Eric) Mosier, Andrea (Melvin) Bowling; twelve grandchildren: Carol, Brenda, Jerry, Jr., and Michael Mosier, Kyle Fuller, Bailey Ludwick, Jaguar Klaips, Keylye and Marlerie Mosier, and Blaydin, Skylar, and Zaadan Cowder; ten great grandchildren; and her best friend, Dennis Andrus.
A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions in Joyce’s name may be made to the Clinton County S.P.C.A., 33 Mill Hill Rd., Lock Haven, Pa 17745.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington.
