Mary Schmidt Obituary
Mary E. Schmidt, 73, of Tylersville, left her earthly life on May 6, 2019, to join her Heavenly Father. She was born February 20, 1946, the daughter of the late Allen Miller and Beatrice Frank Miller.
Mary is survived by her husband of 32 years, Dean K. Schmidt. She is also survived by her three children, Tammy Alvarez (Raul) of Syracuse, NY, Karen Mansfield (Donald) of Tylersville and Danny Breon (Laurie) of Spring Mills; step-children Kimberly Schmidt, Dean Schmidt (Vickey), Keith Schmidt (Glenda), Kevin Schmidt (Nancy) and Cindy Kinley (James); sisters Julia Wagner, Linda Arment, Audrey Hanson, and Grace Weaver and a brother, Robert Miller. A sister, Adelia Workman, predeceased her.
Mary was also blessed to have seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; and six step-great-grandchildren
Mary was the heart and soul of her family. Nothing meant more to her then spending time with them. Her home was open to everybody—family, friends and strangers. She was compassionate, loving, and kind with a great sense of humor. Our hearts are heavy and life will not be the same without our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
A Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 4P.M. at Dean’s residence, 3713 Narrows Road, Tylersville, PA 17747.
Friends and family will be received at the residence from 2P.M. until the time of the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made through the funeral home to Susquehanna Health Homecare and Hospice.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745.
