William Richards Obituary
William J. “John” Richards, Jr., 56, of E. Bald Eagle St., Lock Haven, passed away Friday, August 16, 2019 at his home.
John was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on November 1, 1962, the son of the late William J., Sr. and Nomia A. Nida Richards.
He was employed for many years as an appliance technician at Quality Outlet, LLC of Lock Haven.
John enjoyed spending time with his daughters and grandchildren and loved riding his Harley Davidson as much as possible. He also enjoyed and loved his daughter Abby’s German Sheppard “Nya” – who he referred himself as being her pappy.
He is survived by three daughters, Lacy K. (Mike Confer) Culver of Texas, Abby L. Culver of Lock Haven and Elana M. Gray of Lock Haven; a brother, Keith (Tina) Snyder of Ohio; two sisters, Rhonda Skaggs of Ohio and Verna Mize of Indiana; and four grandchildren, Ella L., Alaric E., Elex J. and August D. Confer.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745 to assist with funeral expenses.
