Most of all, she simply loved spending time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends. The past two years she spent her days helping to care for her great granddaughter, Blair, “Baby Cakes” as Gram Betty called her.

She is survived by three children, Charles “Chuck” (Mary Beth) Aber III of Bellefonte, Ronda Phillips of Mill Hall, and Shelly (Rick) Confer of Flemington; eight siblings, William “Billy” Mincer, Nancy Young, Dottie Cummings, Kenneth Cummings, Kathleen “Kay” Snavely, Sandy Temons, Mary Cummings and Marie Cummings; two ½ siblings, Teresa Stukel and Harry “Sonny” Cummings; seven grandchildren, Cierra, Mariah and Mason Aber, Rachel and Robert “Bubba” Phillips, Todd “TJ” (Kelly) Losch, and Ashley (Zach) Bowes; six great grandchildren, Holcom Losch, Zeek and Mack Bowes, and Nicole, Blair and Talon Phillips; and many nieces and nephews.
