Geraldine Ramm Obituary
Geraldine K. “Gerry” Ramm, 91, formerly of Dunnstown, passed away Friday, October 23, 2020 at the Keystone Villa, Douglassville, PA.
She was born in Lock Haven on June 21, 1929, the daughter of the late Robert G. and Bertha Shaffer Kemmerer.
Gerry was a 1947 graduate of Lock Haven High School.
On February 7, 1948 in Lock Haven, she married G. Schuyler Ramm, who preceded her in death on December 1, 2017 after 69 years of marriage.
Gerry worked as a secretary at the Clinton County Courthouse before her employment with Piper Aircraft where she worked as the Airport General Manager until their closing.
She was a member of the Liberty United Methodist Church of Lock Haven and the Order of the Eastern Star.
Gerry is survived by her only child, Sherry R. (Robert) Holler, and two grandchildren, Matthew (Michelle) Holler and Amanda (Scott) Weiss. Gerry was also blessed with six great grandchildren: Ethan, Joseph, Claire, Sophie, Zachary, and Lola.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert G. Kemmerer, Jr.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at 11 A.M. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High Street, Flemington, PA 17745 with Rev. Kenneth Geisewite officiating.
Private burial will take place at Dunnstown Cemetery, Lock Haven.
Due to COVID, the family has chosen to not offer a time of viewing. Please arrive prepared to adhere to all recommended CDC and DOH guidelines, including the wearing of masks and social distancing.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Clinton County SPCA or Liberty United Methodist Church.
