Lois L. "Dolly" Stiver, 59, of Lock Haven, passed away Friday, April 3, 2026 at Gatehouse Hospice at Divine Providence, Williamsport.
Born May 4, 1966 in Altoona, she was the daughter of the late Anna Mae Miller Stiver.
Dolly is survived by her sister, Robin (Donald) Englert and two brothers, Jeffery and Billy, all of Lock Haven.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Stiver.
Private services will be held at the convenience of Dolly's family.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745.
