Norma Coleman Obituary
Norma Jean Coleman, 82, of Jersey Shore, passed away Friday, June 26, 2026 at Jersey Shore Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Born July 26, 1943 in Jersey Shore, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Alice Good Hughes.
Norma was a devoted homemaker and mother throughout her life. She enjoyed gardening, baking and playing the piano and organ.
She is survived by her six children, Richard (Barb) Moore, Jr. of Avis, Melody (Karl) Steckenfinger of Jersey Shore, Lisa (Ron) Henry of Jersey Shore, Tim (Debbie) Moore, Sr. of Lock Haven, Clay (Michelle) Moore of Castanea and Leslie Andrus of Altoona; six siblings, Marian Boyden, Ray (Ronda) Hughes, Bill Hughes, Herb (Deb) Hughes, Becky (Lynn) Cunningham and Danny (Jody) Hughes; a sister-in-law, Rose Hughes; Norma's close friend, Em Rinker; twelve grandchildren; and twenty-six great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Fred, Roy and Mick Hughes; a brother-in-law, Dana Boyden; and a grandson, TJ Moore.
A Celebration of Life service will be held privately.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745.
