Patricia Russell Obituary
Patricia A. Russell, 87, of Flemington, passed away Sunday, May 28, 2023 at Susque-View Home, Lock Haven.
Born September 20, 1935 in Lock Haven, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Helen Maggs Tate.
Pat was a 1953 graduate of Lock Haven High School and obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the Harrisburg School of Nursing.
On September 1, 1953, she married Carl E. Russell, who preceded her in death May 4, 2023.
She was a member of the First Church of Christ, Lock Haven.
Pat was employed as a Registered Nurse for Dr. William Adams in Lock Haven and then for Clinton County Community Nursing until her retirement.
She enjoyed golfing and bowling and had a passion for square dancing as a member of the Woolrich Squares. Most of all, she loved the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her sons, Jeff (Brenda) Russell of Mill Hall and Craig Russell of Lock Haven; four grandchildren: Eric (Haley) Russell, Lauren (Boyd) Russell, Brooke (Andy) Perez and Morgan (Kyle) Russell; many nieces and nephews; and one great grandchild on the way.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Frederick Tate, Jeannette Collins and Marie Eggler.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 6 P.M. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745 with Rev. Matt Kinley officiating.
Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 P.M. until the time of the service.
Memorial contributions in Pat's name may be made to either Chestnut Grove Recreational Authority or Belles Springs Golf Course through the funeral home.
