Theresa A. Sample

Theresa A. Sample, 62, of Lock Haven, passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at UPMC Susquehanna Williamsport Hospital.
Born June 18, 1960 in Lock Haven, she was the daughter of the late Robert D. and Mary Katherine Krape Lachat.
Theresa was a 1979 graduate of Lock Haven High School.
She was employed at West Pharmaceutical for many years before working as a Security Guard Supervisor for Allied Universal Security Services.
Theresa was Catholic by faith. She loved traveling with her close friends, especially their concerts and beach trips.
She is survived by a son, Paul Sample; a step-son, Steve Cummings; a brother, Robert J. Lachat; a sister, Eileen J. Young; one niece; and five nephews.
A time of visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 from 4 to 6 P.M. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, PA 17745.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Clinton County SPCA.
