Wayne Royer Obituary
Wayne C. Royer, 80, of Lock Haven passed away Friday, May 1, 2020 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born January 28, 1940 in Lock Haven, he was the son of the late Harry and Leah (Shady) Royer.
Wayne was married to Gloria Royer who preceded him in death in 1989 and then Betty Royer who preceded him in death in 2018.
He was employed as a machinist at Avco which then became Textron.
Wayne was a member of Cedar Heights Brethren in Christ Church, Mill Hall.
He enjoyed riding motorcycle.
Surviving are four children: Kelly (Neal) Andrus of Lock Haven, Eric Royer of Mill Hall, Sam (Sharon) Royer of Howard and Rhonda (Tom) Demchak of Philipsburg; a sister, Sylvia Young; nine grandchildren: Katie (Dom) Malizia, Danielle (Shannon) Love, Kayla (Jay) Wagoner, Rochelle (Brandin) Mann, Hannah (Brice) Royer, Chelsea (John) Deitrich, Evan Royer, Sarah (Chris) Vargo and Emmy Demchak; and many great grandchildren that he loved dearly.
Private services will be held at the convenience of his family. Interment will be at Fairview Evangelical Cemetery, Loganton.
Memorial contributions in Wayne's name may be made to Cedar Heights Brethren in Christ Church through the funeral home.
